Use and Deletion of Jensen Scandinavia Omni Mesh Account

When you start using Omni through our Omni WiFi app, you have the option to create an account that allows you to control your Omni WiFi system from outside your home.

If you no longer use the Omni WiFi app, or for any other reason wish to delete your data, you can do so by sending an email to gdpr@jensenscandinavia.com with the following information:

  • The email address you used during registration
  • The serial number of all your Omni nodes (see example below).

We will then delete your account along with all associated information. If you want to use the Omni WiFi app again, you will need to create the account again.

Collected Information:

  • Email address – Account management
  • User Ids – App functionality, Analytics and account management
  • Phone number – App functionality, Analytics and account management
  • Other Info (Optional) – Analytics
  • Location – App functionality, Analytics

Omni Mesh accounts that have been inactive for 6 months will be deleted.
